move both of those INF files out of the INF folder, put it somewhere different, and rename them to .bad. As well, look for a corresponding .PNF file and do the same thing to them.
Next, check in C:\windows\system32\driverstore for the file INFCACHE.1 move the file to the same location as where you put the INF files. Restart the computer, and let me know your progress.
