The US store still has all models stocked for a March 16th delivery. The French and German stores are saying 19th March.

The French, German, Swiss and Japanese stores have now joined the UK one in quoting 2-3 weeks for delivery. The Australian store says dispatching March 22nd, the US store is now saying dispatching March 19th.
Still doesn't prove anything either way, but at least the UK isn't the odd one out anymore
