The page turns were a lot faster than i expected too.
I either selected wrong pages or that is not reflow
One of the reasons is that the docs are small enough to fit one page and you did not play with the font size
Reflow becomes effective and you see visible results i.e the page is bigger that the screen and the reader efficiently rearrange the objects on the page

This is practically impossible for many PDF documents as the format itself is a a fixed layout created with printing in mind. There are text documents with very few ans small images where the reflow is piece of cake and others where it is impossible

The other aspect not shown by your tests is reflowing in the context of font resizing. For HTML and epub you change the font size and the document is rearanged to fit the page width in the new conditions. Your pictures do not show that

Probably the first page indicated would have shown us that since that one is wider format and it clearly can not be reflowed! Rotation != Reflow

By my opinion to sell reflowing as possible with PDFs is partially misleading.
