A footling observation, perhaps, but, having consulted Wiki, do I understand things correctly ?
That the site is primarily a "magic world" kind of thing , that will at some stage involve (presumably) profit , through selling ebooks and, probably, other "Potter things" online ?
So it's more than just an on-line shop, or retail cash cow, but also a massive freebie "experience" for anyone who wants to use it.
Which, incidentally, sounds like the type of IT activity a lot of people will find it so engrossing , fun, and involving, that we'll start having complaints in the "meedja" - and who knows, here ? - about it being bad for childrens development, and the future of global culture etc.............
I shall refuse to have anything to do with it, and am very annoyed my son is not young enough for me to tell him not to use it, or it'll stunt his growth, and send him blind as well.
[ Might tell him that anyway, if only to maintain my grumpy old git street cred.......
