Well so far google play is a google fail for me
The description of The Drop doesn't state that it is a sample and lists in it's description that it has 313 pages and if I look at the in browser version then I can see all 42 chapters(313 pages) but if I download the epub then is only gives me the first 2 chapters.
I have requested that they either provide the full book or refund me
I'm not however sure that request has gone through to the correct place because their contact us section is a convuluted series of questions instead of a direct email address
