Good luck with that there I think. Enough innocent people will pay the money.
By charging the government implies that the appeals will be dealt with.
I see a massive backlog and everyone will be judged innocent, except for one poor scapegoat, and hopefully get their money back or rioting in the streets.
What are these people thinking.
