I second your advice but I'm not the best person to deal with wikis (euphemistic definition for : -I don't know anything about this subject!), so, if someone can take care of that, please, be my guest!
PS: Just published on wiki, a tentative text, linking to post #99 of this thread. I still stand you can edit/modify in accordance of best understanding.
