Hello from Ravenna ~ Ohio, though it'd be nice if it was Italy

Hi, I got a Nook Color in November, and now I'm exploring more widely. I've been learning about the ePub format and sorting out how to make ePub books that work as shortcut links ~ since its possible (though not well documented) to get the Nook Color to show the cover of an ePub, so an ePub with external links looks better on the home page than a grey square html page.

This is especially handy for sites that have mobile website as a backup to Android apps that are not in the B&N app store. My first one is for the Crunchyroll anime m.crunchyroll.com site, which streams quite nicely to the Nook Color.

One thing I like about the Nook Color is it handles manga from Viz which otherwise requires an iPad to read, handles Gen Manga pdf's nicely, and reads public domain CBZ comic files from golden age websites with the built in reader. And of course Project Gutenburg ePubs, though I have to write a filter program to get the covers to actually show up.
