Revision 3 is now up on Amazon -

Give it some time to flip over to the free list and then it's available for download. It's still not perfect, but it's getting cleaner

It will go free - it just takes Amazon time to notice and discount it. It's not something I can do directly. I just wait for it to happen - usually takes between one and three weeks before the auto-discount policy kicks in.

A big thanks to TheSFReader for a lot of help -

It's still hanging around in the best-seller and best-rated lists and is slowly edging it's way higher in both on Amazon.
