Thanks for the welcome and I thought I would let you know that I got an ereader.
It's the Libre Pro Reader. What made the decision for me was the price. It was on clearance for 33 dollars. I decided for that price, it would at least get my feet wet and I didn't want the extras so it is now in the mail.
