You're misconstruing the law. The concept of law says "If you do X, you will be punished for doing X", not that we will
prevent you from doing X, trusting that the threat of punishment for doing X will sufficient deterrent. It will not stop a sufficiently determined person from doing X. In that, Giggleton is correct.
