I just thought of something. I'm at work now, but when I get home I going to create a pdf document then use calibre to give it the metedata of the limited author and then convert it to epub format. Then I will load it into the reader library and see if it causes the software to allow the missing 5th book to be seen. I know that it will cause my numbers to be off, but at least hopefully I'll be able to have the missing books displayed.
