Since the press release mentions them specifically as being available for Kindles (in the US) we'll just have to wait and see if there will ever be Kindle versions at libraries. I wonder if Amazon might allow OD to set up a Kindle DRM server (they already run regular Mobi DRM servers) which would also possibly solve Penguin's objections.
