
it has been 12 days since I fell off my bike, and my chest hurts worse than ever!
Last Saturday I was well enough to go to yoga (carefully), and now I am in too much pain to even think about it. I think it is getting worse. (maybe it is because I stopped taking the panadol?)
If I have cracked or bruised my ribs or sternum, there is no treatment. So do I spend a stack of cash (I have no health insurance) on doctors and xrays only to be told to rest for another 6 weeks?
How long should I give it to get better before I give in and get the bluddy x-rays?
Good news - broken fang is fixed and (yes I had x-rays) no bad damage could be seen.
