Robin (Jason Todd) before "The New 52" became a bit of a mess. He both died and had his death undone due to the events of "Infinite Crisis." Superboy, likewise, is also in a similar status (his corpse is buried in The Fortress of Solitude, he was revived in the 31st Century, and returned to the present) of being both dead and alive at the same time.
