As of two days ago it was e-Pub only - also what I've seen on the amazon forums.
There were quite a few people reporting they could pre-order from their libraries.
I'm #2

I'm really surprised by how few have signed up. I haven't signed up for books 3-7 because there's no way I can read them all within 14 days. So I actually want people to sign up so I can space out the books over a 3 month period. So far not enough people have signed up for Arlington's 5 copies of each book. I wonder if the few who have signed up for the first couple of books are using my strategy and not signing up for the subsequent books too

Meanwhile I'm 48 out of 64 for Malcolm Gladwell's Blink and there's one copy. I figure it'll be my turn in late 2013.
