If you mean Divx video files, yes it is possible.
Marginally.
You'll need to experiment with different video player apps but there's quite a few.
The file had better be low-bit-rate SD, though.
I tried out a few, mostly unsatisfactory ones.
Best results were with YXplayer because it let me play the file at native resolution so it stressed the CPU less.
Some people prefer to transcode to MP4 format.
