Update does keep the localisation. After the announced 2 restarts my Touch is still german localised. Launcher still working smoothly. Did not see anything in "English" yet.
Even all messages during the update process have been localised ones.
Landscape mode still same issue as on 5.0.3 for the ones interested in.
