I do not see highlighting on your list
Nothing about exporting scribbles, the format, where they are stored, compatibility with desktop apps
And more than anything, as lorenzo asked, where is the SDK :-)

If reflow refers to PDFs that is not a big deal. PDF is not very tolerant
I would also like to see how good is the scribbling in working with zoom levels font changes and all the plethora of options we already have on M92.
If you want I can make a list and you tell me what you have (when you receive the new software)
I would also like to see the navigation, the workflow and panning and zooming....
these are crucial to the work efficincy
The postion of the tool buttons while in annotation mode also matters and I would like to hear about that
Let's forget for a little while that you have a color ereader and stop these endless discussions and dissections about color
