Yes, there are indeed books out there in libraries that AREN'T in epub. As always, HAD I BEEN ABLE TO, I'd have gotten the epub and none of this would have been a problem.
Or, had I known of this latest attack on libraries and readers, whether Amazon is/was complicit or not, I'd have downloaded the pdf.
Anyhow, no, I don't have a physical Kindle. I'll have to see if I can borrow one of the local ones to get the book I borrowed out of limbo. S'not a mistake I"m likely to make again.
