I cannot believe it. Looks like Amazon screwed up. Now they are saying that the book will be available on November 8, 2005 ;(( A double check on Martin's site confirms that his publisher Bantam Spectra (US) will bring the book out on that date. At least the UK version will be available earlier, on October 17:

Still, I don't know where Amazon comes up with its release dates if they are off by several months.
