I'm attempting to do it by not buying more ebooks. Or at least, not buying ebooks that aren't either on a very good special offer, or by an author I particularly like.
I'm doing OK (down by about 30) this year so far, but last year I pretty much only kept the pile from growing (well, only reduced by about 20, or 5%).
