I am very sorry about the lack of a linked Table of Contents. It has now been rectified and no collection or boxed set from me will ever go without one now. You may delete your copy of CRYPT TALES-9 Scary Stories and download it again from the Kindle Cloud and it will have an active table of contents. Please forgive me for not doing that to begin with. It will never happen again.
