I have [had] multiple accounts on Amazon. This is because I buy stuff there so infrequently that by the time I buy something new, I not only have a new credit card, email, and computer, I generally have a new street address as well.
Only the name remains the same. Even that is subject to change as soon as the feds get too close ...
