I was upset about it but it works better than my first one.
The sides at the top had gunk on them and the back was dirty.
I originally thought the black shiny stuff rubbed off by someone's case. I was so relieved when it I realized it was dirt that I just clean it up and it looked brand new. After inspecting the screen and seeing it was flawless and that it was faster and more responsive then my previous Fire. I decided a little dirt was not going to make me return it.
