Look under annotations, then select show on page for the bookmark in question. Not exactly intuitive I know.

Edit: After rereading this I realized I wasn't being that helpful, but typing on the vox is not fun, so booted up the laptop to enter proper response.

1 Tap on the center of the page
2 Select the icon on the bottom that looks like an open book
3 Select Annotations
4 Find the annotation/bookmark you want to go back to
5 click on the icon to the right of that bookmark (four horizontal lines) and select "show on page"
