Ok, I managed to get it to restore correctly, however when I added my content back the issue occurred again. However I managed to narrow it down to one book which seemed to cause the issue. Adding the other books minus that one the kindle functions correctly.
It's a .mobi format, so I'm not sure whats wrong? Are there different types of these formats that kindle doesn't work with?
