And that's pretty much what some other bookstores do. When I buy books at Baen and pay with PayPal, the PayPal transaction just says "Baen Publishing" - it doesn't say what it is that I've bought.

I don't think that's the issue here, though. PayPal are objecting to the actual content, not what it says on the transaction. Perhaps, though, people who enjoy their rape, incest, and bestiality books could be offered an alternate payment method for it.
