Absolutely! I inadvertently read Heat Rises first and it was very good. Anyway, I'm looking forward to Naked Heat. And I'm starting to suspect Michael Connelly may be the author. This because, in his latest book, The Drop, he mentions Castle or, actually, has one of the characters mention Castle.
