I am in full agreement.

I don't think we'll get the big dumb publishers to wise up by complaining. Instead, we get them to wise up by pushing the smaller independents who get it to the top of the best-seller lists...and encouraging our friends to do the same.

The big publishers will not get it until they have been thoroughly (and appropriately) completely marginalized by the upstarts.
