They could, but do they? I've been an Amazon customer for years, a Kindle owner for 1 1/2 years and an Overdrive user with a Kindle since it started last summer.
The only recommendations I've
ever gotten from Amazon have been based on what I've looked at on Amazon's website or purchased from Amazon.
Not by any overdrive connection. And I have probably borrowed at least 50 books from the library through Overdrive/Amazon.
They don't even list my Overdrive loans in my browsing history, only on my Manage Your Kindle page. And since I delete those after I finish the book, there is no record there either.
If they were doing this or going to do this, would they not have done so with me by now?
