That horse appears to have already bolted. One more stable door not in need of closing.
And it appears that it's not going to be possible to even close the stable doors in future.
Like most arms races I doubt there's ever going to be a final solution on either side. As soon as one side comes up with a shield the other side comes up with a better arrow.
