Look at it from our point of view, a new user posts inconsistent information about Amazon closing their account. Some of your actions and reactions come off a bit immature, or at least, not well thought out. i.e., logging into your account with your kindle. I would have warned you against doing that, but it never occurred to me that you would. To put it bluntly, that was stupid. So was trying to immediately create another account. Actions like that cause you to lose sympathy from those of us following this and damage your credibility.

With that said, if you haven't violated your terms of service and you really have no idea why your account was closed, then you should not stop until they give you a satisfactory answer. Privacy issues are BS. If your account is associated closely enough to another account for it to be closed because of the other account, then you have a right to know what that account was. You should keep after them until you learn the specific incident that caused your account to be closed. Then you should fight to get back what is rightfully yours. What do you have to lose, except a little time. Follow the advice others have posted about writing to Jeff Bezos and the attorney general and the local news, and keep writing until you get an answer.
