I was actually talking about this with my roommate the other day before I even saw this! What a coincidence.
We have ads in T.V. shows, ads in online games and websites, some apps are entirely ad-supported, why not books? It would give people legitimate ways to be able to read for free (other than Gutenburg and those free indie books). As long as the ads are placed where they aren't too obtrusive, why not?
