Just a couple of suggestions.

Write a letter on paper and send it registered. Sometimes that gets looked at by a different person. If you have access to free legal help in drafting it (Law line type services) so much the better.

If you have identity theft protection or buyer protection on the credit cards you used to make your purchases you may have some recourse through the credit card company.
