hello!

is this possible? when scrolling a page, it's annoying to sit through the full refresh black flashing and arduous to have to do the partial refresh trick each time you need to and then turn it off.

some exploring led me to find that Evernote might pose a hint to how this full refresh thing works, since i found a way to scroll in there without having the page refresh.

anyone have any ideas?

as an aside, is there a way to adjust that height of the evernote frame?
