Each Metadata download sources has a configuration of 'what' it gets from each source. (Were they actually scrape this, only the crew knows).
When I get a book that has no source (like you showed), I now use the search the Internet PI and find 'a source' I then do a normal (editor) Select the text: Copy and then paste into the Comments.
