Hi! I'm Liz and I'm a bookaholic! No seriously I've been a reader for 40 odd years but am a late convert to ebook readers. I started last year with a Sovos reader and was given a Kindle 4 just before Xmas. My tastes are varied - currently I'm enjoying the fantasy genre but do like the occasional thriller or piece of chick lit. I do like the classics and if had to pick a favourite author Austen just nudges it ahead of Brontes.
I was until recently a homemaker but now have a part-time job which allows me to chat books with a couple of like minded colleagues. I have two teenage children and am always on the lookout for books for the younger one (a boy) to keep him reading - a difficult task as the majority of the literature aimed at 12-16 market is romance, vampires or spies none of which interests him lol!
Hope to meet and chat with other bookaholics and find recommendations for good reads!!
