No, that's not correct. You'll encounter geographical restrictions no matter which reader you buy. They depend on where you are, not which model of reader you have.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You need to ask yourself "are there sufficient books available for my reader", not "is every book available for my reader". As long as the answer to the first question is "yes", the second question is irrelevant (and is "no", no matter what reader you buy).
