Did you see the light after 3-5 hours charging? When I charge my PB903 and the battery is charged, the light stops blinking but if I leave it charging, then after some 15 minutes the lights starts blinking again. I think the device has some protection that the battery won't be overcharged and therefore it will decharge/recharge itself when it's still charging with a full battery. So I think you missed the full charge status (LED not blinking) window. My advice is to disconnect the device and you'll see it's fully charged.
