I've installed app called fix permision

Yes I know, but I kind of reluctant to install more tools, while not sure they will fix problem.
Well it's not critical, I don't use Terminal frequently and it's not a big issue not being able to shortcut it. It's just not pleasant to have buggy stuff, that's it!
Bar shortcut crashes on your PRS T1 too? when you add terminal
Did you tried Logcat too see the problem?
