I think I got this tense thing figured out. Just bought a copy of Dr Dan Streetmentioner's Time Traveler's Handbook of 1001 Tense Formations. Says here that the tense we're looking for wizzle on page345, right after Future Semiconditionally Modified Subinverted Plagal Past Subjunctive Intentional...
