That's awesome! I have found forums to be a great source of information both for my business (Internet marketing) and for my hobbies (ereading, astronomy). A LOT of my news in my favourite fields comes from forums.
A quick question in a quality forum will give me several excellent, well thought out replies in a day or so.
It is like "crowdsourcing" my support team and my research.
