About the only way is to set up a custom column of series like data.
Then use Calibre to put the books in the order you want. Click Title, then Series, then Author. Then use Bulk Edit Metadata to populate your custom column with a Collection name and to number them in order.
Then you have to go into the Sony Plugin and tell it to create collections based on your custom column.
BTW, why do you want the books in a series in Title order rather than Series Order?
