Not that I know of directly. However, you can access your PC using a Remote desktop App like TeamViewer and then run Outlook remotely. You will need to download the PC version for your laptop. TeamViewer is free for personal use and simple to use.

Also, if your ISP supports IMAP4 (mail remains on server), which most do, you can setup your e-mail account and read your e-mail both from the Fire or laptop or both.
