That is absolutely NOT what I said, Alex. I certainly DO NOT think that having a paper book entitles me to a free eBook, any more than buying a hardback entitles me to a free paperback. What I said, if you read my post again, was that I'd consider it OK to download a pirated book if I'd bought the paper book and no commercial eBook was available. If a commercial eBook was subsequently released, I would (and have) always bought it. I did this with "The Lord of the Rings" for example.
