Dresdenverse has ways through the nevernever, sort of like the flue network but far more dangerous, and it's not a point to point connection. One may leave the way, voluntarily or not.
Some nonhumans in the Dresdenverse seem to be able to pop up anywhere in the mortal world. Could be they just know a lot more ways in the nevernever than any wizards do.
