Sadly, not every eReader vendor is as easy to deal with as Amazon has been. However, we know that with Amazon you won't have any issues returning it if it doesn't work well for her. And even if it doesn't work, you'll learn a fair amount in the process about
why it didn't work, and can make an even more informed decision going forward.
