Probably the scribbling, as I was attempting a lifelike drawing, over my lunch hour today. Maybe the wasabi jolted me too much when I was working on the eyes. Nevertheless, I do like it a lot, even if it isn't an exact likeness of the model. I like the expression. Almost smiling.

The lighting was high contrast, so there was very little in terms of shading I could do, so that too makes the eyes stand out. I thought about going back in and darkening everything, working on the shading, but decided I'd probably mess the whole thing up. And I liked it, so I put the pencil down instead.
