It is indeed, especially round these parts. It's a long story but she's had a very rough time of it of late, I mean on top of her physical difficulties. *Extremely* upsetting stuff. The carer has gone to amazing lengths for her, so this is just pathetic in comparison. Too little too late. Sadly our enslavement to money stops us being compassionate. Anyway that's a whole different debate.
